What Causes Extreme Itching And Irritation In The Vagina?

Hi I have been experiencing extreme itching and irritiation in and around my vaginal area, particularly inside my vagina. It burns a lot when urinating and the whole vagina has become red on the inside. Have i contracted some infection? I also see something white inside the vagina everyday, and it stinks I use the cream clean and dry evryday during summers to avoid rashes. Please help
