What Causes Facial Swelling Near Nose?

For the past 8 months I have had facial swelling near my nose , with broken blood vessels now appearing. At times my face feels "full" and pressured...went to dermatologist and have been on Oracea for 2 mos, w/o a firm diagnosis of rosacea. It is now more pronounced on the left side of my face. It has also been accompanied by a burning mouth, also more pronounced on the left side. The orcea is not helping. I just had blood tests for lupus and Vit. B12 deficiency, which are normal. I am scheduled for a sinus cat scan. This has really impacted my life, and I am miserable. I am 66 y/o; 5' 3", and weigh 127 lbs. Could it be a dental problem? I have no sinus symptoms.
