What Causes Fatigue And Vomiting Sensation?

I'm 35 years old man, 5 ft. 10 inch. height, 68 kg. weight.
Normal man, that is no past medical history.
But today 1st time, in the morning, my head started reeling, then I collapsed on ground, then I started sweating, then vomitting but nothing came out. What could this be ?
