What Causes Fatigue With Dizziness And Sore Throat?

I am a 56 year old woman and i have no energy. I do a small task and ha Mve to sit down. I have felt unwell since last wednesday evening with a sore throat, feeling chilly and ear trouble, nausia and dizzy. I stayed off work last friday and i am due to go back to work tomorrow, but still do not feel well. What shall i do please?
