What Causes Fatigue,dizziness And Pain In Arm?

I am 24 yr old female. 117 lbs. I have two children ages 4 and 2. I was born with 1 kidney, 1 ovary, 2 cervix and a bicornuate uterus. I have spell that last a couple days to a couple of weeks where I am dizzy, have no energy, bruise easy and I get a sharp pain in my right arm near my elbow that lasts just a few seconds. I thought it was happening just around the time I started my period and I was tested for anemia. but the doctor said the test was negative. My mother in law said she was concerned about my kidney.
