What Causes Feeling Of Something Moving On Rib Cage?

Hi! This morning when I was sleeping, I felt something moving on the left side by my rib cage, and through out the day I can feel this thing moving, it kinda feels like it s beating (like a heart beats). It s not paining, it s just very annoying. Do you know what it could be? I m 15 years old and I m a girl. Thanks
