What Causes Fever, Cold And Swollen Lips With Lumps?

Hi, I just had fever, and now colds and cough, but today i had dry lips and swollen with around 4 lumps, and if i try to prick it, water will come out and the lump will subside a little, but it looks like my lips is inflammed, what is the cause of this and what would be the treatment?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

As per your complain the symptoms seems to be of Herpes Simplex Virus 1 infection causing cold sores and many a times it is preceded by cold and flu like symptoms before the sores erupt..

The sore are fluid filled that's why when you lance or prick them there is a watery discharge..

Nothing to worry as the viral infection runs its course and the sores will resolve in a period of 2 weeks or even less..
You should consult a physician who can do a proper clinical check up and laboratory investigations and if herpes is diagnosed oral and topical antiviral medications like Acyclovir, Valacyclovir etc can be advised..

For dry and chapped lips apply petroleum jelly for relief..
