What Causes Fleshy Growth On The Vagina?

Recently, I have found what looks like a fleshy growth in the vaginal canal. It almost looks like it is blocking the opening but I can still have sex, and insert tampons. Sometimes sexual intercourse causes pain but only for a second. Any thoughts on what this may be? I am also being treated for Genital Warts right now, would this have anything to do with it? The fleshy growth does not look like a genital wart though.
