What Causes Flu Symptoms With Headaches, Gassy Stomach And Painful Breast?

pregnant or not hi i feel very congested i have flu like symptoms very tired but cant sleep cause,i have headaches been gassy stomach hurting, breaking out ,very hurtful breast its a week before my supposed period been feeling this way for a week cramping on and off. Please help me. Am I pregnant?
