What Causes Fluttering Movement In Ovary And Spotting?

i have a fluttering movement feeling in my left side by my ovary, and also some spotting... i should not be pregnant and just had a period last week, no pain at all it just feels like a baby kicking like when i was pregnant with my daughter. i am concerned more due to the continued spotted assiociated with it than the feeling itself. but i have no insurance to go to the doctor or hospital..
