What Causes Fresh Bleeding In Pulmonary Embolism With No Other Medical Issues?

Hi, im in kind of a rut here and i need help or medical advice... In 2011 my boyfrend and i were sexually active and we didnt use protection, potentially i could have been pregnant! But before it was to get to that stage the same day i went to buy the morning after pill! I didnt take at that time i contiplated wether or not this will be a good decision i read all the directions and 2 days later i took the pills... For 3 months prior to taking this pill my menstrual was normal and always has been the last month of my regular period i noticed the bleeding was really light but dark like gravel on my pad. On the forth month i was expecting to get my period well blood came and never stopped i bleed for a year straight no pain no anything ... Along with doctors appointments i failed to get any answers as to why this could be happening. I went to emergency in 2012 where i explained the situations ultra sounds and several other test were ran every test came back normal... The doctor said my uterus lining was sheddin... He put me on one month of northinedron birth control which braught me back regular this lasted for three months and back to bleeding i went... I continued to bleed passing minor clots nothing any bigger than a nickle... I went to see a geynocologist and he prescribe me orthro tri ciclen... Prior to starting this medication i had lost a signifigant amount of blood and was a severe anemic... 3 months later after taking the pill i developed pulmonary embolism snd dvt i passed out in a store. I stop the people an was regulated for about 5 months i missed my prriod from april i got my menstrual 2 days late in may and has been bleeding ever since. My pad is not soiled but when i use the rest room i can feel it coming out. Its more in the toilet than the pad and its fresh blood!! I amm 490 pds besides pulmonary embolism i have no underlying medical issues!! WHAT COULD THIS BE PLEASE HELP
