What Causes Frozen Shoulder And Pressure In The Limbs?

Hello, my father is having memory loss since past three years, he is a sugar patient aged 56. he is a 24x7 workoholic and is in tremendous pressure as he works in delhi metro and is a very known person. he smokes. but can t quit, we have tried hard. but in vain. now he wants to quit as he says i am under quite a pressure and can t take the load. his limbs n all shakie often... and he has a frozen shoulder on the right side. he s the only earning member of the family. and i have just joined college. please tell me whom should i consult.
