What Causes Fungal Infection And Its Treatment?

i have a very itchy 4 point in a row rash that itched so bad at night. Scabies was ruled out. It re appeared a few months later on the lower upper part of my left arm , then the "dots" bumps" on the top of my arm started itching again. It is keeping me up at night. I have to literally knock myself out with benadrly 2 to 4 to stop the itch or jsut pass out. HELP.
