What Causes Gastric Problem With Pco?

hi doctor,i am 29 years old woman,i have been diagnosed with pco...i have also severe problem of gases..often my belley is full of gases and i feel much pressure on my belley.when i have gases my belley becomes much more big like i am pregnant and when i release some gases it becomes normal,but all this much irritating for me...is this normal?how i can get rid of it and how i can explain it to doctor?what is the name of this disease?plz reply,help me
