What Causes Gray Patches On The Clitoris With Yellow Lesion On The Vagina?

I have recently discovered patches of charcoal gray skin, sort of like the pattern in giraffe skin, on my clitoris. I have also found yellowish lesions about 3" long and about an inch wide on my vaginal lines just inside where the skin turns to a mucous covered skin on both sides. These yellow patches are bumpy and look a bit red on the edges. Also there is a white ring around the opening of the uretha and in the edges of the flaps in my vigina. I have never had cancer. I did have 14 stitches in these areas when I gave birth to my son in 1971. There is pain.
