What Causes Green Yellow Ring Around Right Elbow?

I have a green yellow ring around my right elbow. I do not have pain in the elbow. I don't see any bite marks. I just noticed the ring today and it didn't wash off. It looks like a bruise, but doesn't feel like one. This is so odd I have never had anything like this.
