What Causes Growth On The Skin?

hi...i am a male 29 years old, and i have this reocurring spot on my skin near my adams apple, it fills up really slowly, and its quite weird because its not so visible but i can always feel it as it grows, i end up squeezing it like every 6 months to a year, and then this brown substance comes out, but it comes out quite thick like toothpaste would from a tube, and is not painful, but it smells funny, and its been happening for at least 5 years....any help?
