What Causes Headache With Pressure On Head And Numbness?

Hello, I have had a headache for a week now accompanied by neck pain, numbness in the head, face and arm. The headache has surpassed but I ve been feeling extreme pressure on the left side of my face and around my left eye, also my left eyelid has been twitching uncontrollably especially when I open my eyes wide. I went to the ER but they did not bother to check me at all and said it was probably a pinched nerve and then discharged me 5 minutes later. I am having trouble sleeping because of this and it bothers me so much. Can you please give me some advice?
