What Causes Headaches And Chest Pain When On Prednisone?

was recently diagnosed with lupus have a lot of fibrmayga pain had to stop remicade infusions after 16 months now on 15mg of prednisone also take 1000mg of cellcept and increased to 150mg of Zoloft getting a lot of headaches and chest pain and discomfort should I be concerned?
