What Causes Headaches And Pain During Periods?

im on the pill for over a year now,the last 2 menstrual cycles ive suffered from headaches and period pains with a lighter flow than normal for me. im losing weight but im eating as normal and have also noticed my nipples are getting lighter, i dont know ifthis relates to anything....
