Pediatrician, Pulmonology 's  Response
Hi... I understand your concern. You may be surprised to know that migraine can affect even a 3 year old. By what you say I feel that your kid may be having a migraine and the diagnosis is all the more important if there is family history of migraine. I suggest you get back to your pediatrician with this tip and get her evaluated.

Regards - Dr. Sumanth
