What Causes Headaches With Dizziness, Shortness Of Breath And Muscle Twitching?

I ve been diagnosed with SVT and was rushed to the er a year ago and was given meds for about 6 mos. Then when I asked for a second opinion, the other doctor told me that the meds given to me were more prophylaxis than treatment. The meds were (lipitor 10 mg, xanor (xanax), Calcium Channel Blocker). I was advised by the second doctor to stop all my meds. My 2d-echo test, stress test, 24 hour holter, ecg, all came out normal during the same period. i have high cholesterol though.During those times that I was taking those meds I was diagnosed by a psychiatrist with a General Anxiety Disorder. Because I had series of panic attacks and anxieties that I never had before. I was given ssri and valium(2 weeks only).Now my problem for about six months now after stopping all my meds i feel sensations of the following:1. headaches 2. slight dizziness 3. occasional shortness of breathe 4. twitching muscles 5. chest pains What could be wrong with me? Please help. Thanks. E I am 39 years old, returning smoker (10 sticks a day)(previously 1 pack a day) 5 9 height and about 210 lbs.
