What Causes Heaviness In Legs, Bone Pain And Lightheadedness After Delivery?
hi my Name is Jessica i am 31 years old i just had my first baby 5 months ago and i had to have a c-section. My body is not feelin right after my pregnancy, my legs feel really heavy especially if i sit down for a long period of time. My bones ache, I feel a little light headed sometimes. I have just join the gym again.... Could pls help me i feelin a bit ordinary.
