What Causes Heavy Bleeding Though Testes Were Normal?

Hello there! Im 43 years woman slender. 5 years ago i found a heavy menstrual bleeding,I went to doctors G.P several times they prescribed me all sorts of acid tablets but i do not see a result at all! I went to check fibroids and ultrosaund shown its nothing to worry about.But i worry that this heavy blleding making me not go out from my house,I read on internet that this could be a medical problem even cancer!!! please adwise me what to do.
