What Causes Heavy Periods,nausea,rise In Appetite And Pain In Stomach?

Hello ii am 24 years old um about a week ago ii was sick had a bad cold but got better after taking Nyquil drinking water and resting my period came about 3days after November 7,2011 and it ended November 10,2011 2 days early it was heavy bleeding(including blood clots) it was terrible cramps and since it has ended I'm very nauseous ii feel hungry but my stomach hurts and doesnt want to take in certain foods ii do have in protective sex my last was Dec.5th what is wrong with my body? I feel weak as well and sleepy all the time please help me
