What Causes Increased Body Temperature And Sweating?

I have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I have had a problem with my body temperature feeling very hot. My skin is hot to the touch, hands,feet, etc. My doctor has checked my thyroid,testosterone levels and can not find a explanation of why. I am hot all the time and sweat profusely. HELP PLEASE
