What Causes Infertility After An Abortion?

Doctor I am aged 32, with 62 kg weight. I suffered an abortion 2 years back. Now I am not conceiving. Suddenly I got lots of pimples on my face. A scan report generated on 25/08/2011 (lmp - 06/08/11) shows endometrial lining is 9.0 in thickness. what should be the difficulty in conception. Do I have to got to an infertility clinic?
