What Causes Inflammation In Spite Of Negative STD Tests?

I thought I had a yeast infection due to the usual symptoms so I used a 6.5% tioconazole one time dose but it made me more irritated so 2 days later I called in a refill for fluconazole 150 mg tab, that usually does th trick. I started to feel better by the next night but the next day the irritation/inflammation is worse I have just been tested for stds recently and all tests were negative
