What Causes Intermittent Pain In Lower Right Abdomen?

I am a 35 year old female . I have been experiencing right lower abdominal discomfort that is dull/squeezing like intermittent pain that will move to my right lower back. It does not make a difference if I eat or not. The pain sometimes does not occur for a day and then comes back. Could it be my appendix/ovarian problem?

Hi..
It could be, but we cannot accurately predict without further investigations into the cause, mainly an abdominal and pelvic ultrasound which should provide us with sufficient information, and if not then may be an abdominal CT. Please speak to your doctor about the investigations, you are the only one at the losing end by delaying things further.

Best wishes.
