i am taking 100 mg ultroxin daily and my mensuration period is not regular plz suggest me hat should i do?

my age is 35 and weight 100 and height 5 feet 6 inches almost . I have two daughters second baby i got after 8 years now again i want but i am not getting pregnant also high bp patient after 2nd deleivery with ciz. also taking daily bp tablet.
