What Causes Irritation In Vaginal Opening With White Discharge After Intercourse?

Hello. I have a lot of irritation in my vaginal area specifically at the entrance of the Vagina and it is accompanied by redness. Also around my clitoris there is white discharge. I have had about 2 yeast infections this year the last being in October - it was due to strong antiobiotics but it prodcued the worst yeast infection I have ever had. The symptoms I have described only present after sexual intercourse. I typically manually stimulate my clitoris during sex.
