What Causes Irritation,burning And Bleeding From Vaginal Area?

Hi, I'm 15 years old and I haven't had sex since last November. But before that I was getting this white liquid discharge before and after my period, and it had no odor at all. I also didn't have any burning or itching. After a few days I had sex last November I was just fine. But as of right now, it's been different. It started sometime this year, but I don't know exactly what month, but my vagina would get really irritated and red, and it would burn when I urinated, and whenever I wiped myself I saw blood, It wasn't like on the inside but around the inside of it. I've been using calmoseptine ointment, and it's okay for a while, until I use the restroom again and I wipe. It starts burning again. Could this be herpes or HIV? It's really scaring me, I just want to know what's going on.
