What Causes Itchiness On The Penis?

hi i am 13 years old. one day i had an itch down below and i look and there where these white small but quite alot of pointy things i went online they could be (pinworms but they look to big)but i am really scared because i cant tell my mum and it says go to doctor but i cant i have done everything cleaned my bed,dusted room,clean underwear,lots of water,dont touch it alot,drink lots of water, wash hand,have lots of showers please help me for free i have not got any money but this is my brother laptop so dont send anything please please help me :(
