What Causes Itching After Application Of Olive Oil?

Hi,
I got treated with scabies recently. it was ivermectol 12mg single dose along with permathrine cream. I have taken care of everything like washing clothes and linen daily in hot water and cleaned floor, furniture.. drycleaned my car seats etc.. since last two weeks and I was feeling releif in my itching. But due to dry sin I have applied olive oil one day and once again I am facing severe itching in the parts where olive oil was applied. Now itching not only bothring me in nights but in day too. Please help me.
