What Causes Itching And Fluid Filled Bumps On The Skin?

Two days ago, I felt some itching on my chin. The next day red small, fluid filled bumps had appeared in that area, and some of it was releasing a yellowish fluid.

I thought it was just an allergic reaction, and put on some calamine lotion. It dried up the yellow fluid, which I merely thought was weeping.

However, by the Second day, the largest patch of affected skin has contiunously releases the fluid. I do not know what is the matter.
