What Causes Itching And Scars On The Legs And Hands?

Hi there,

I have recently developed itches on my lower legs and back of my hands. The skin starts off itchy and when I itch it, it leaves a long line of redness. It then scabs and eventually scars. I have approx 15 on my legs which are now scared.

I've been to my GP who did blood tests and she said there was nothing in the bloods they were all normal.

this is driving me crazy. I have been stressed recently and also a vegetarian-could this be causing any of the scars? I am not allergic to anything that I know of. Thank you.
