What Causes Itching In Butt Cracks After Swimming?

About two hours after the last two times I have gone swimming the top of my buttcrack has started itching uncontrollably. They were not the same pool or anything. And it's nowhere else on my body that itches. Just the very top of my butt crack and right above where it ends. What's wrong??
