What Causes Itching On Shoulders When Having Titanium Shoulder Implants?

I had Rorato cuff sugary 5 titanium anchors and titanium structures in both shoulders !!! Ever itching on both of my shoulders it is driving me crazy!!! I have been on to steroid packs , Claritin, Pepcid AC aluminium creams, Steroids creams, I think I am allergic to the Titanium!!! My DR said no way!!!
