What Causes Itchy Little Bumps/bites All Over Body?

I have had itchy little bumps/bites all over my body for years now and it's driving me crazy. It doesn't look like eczema or any rash I've ever seen. It isn't bug bites because I share a bed with my husband and he doesn't have them. I took a patch allergy test years ago and everything came up negative.
