What Causes Itchy Palms, Diarrhea And Elevated BP?

Last night I had itchy palms, terrible diarrhea and a blood pressure reading of 200/110. My heart was racing and I had trouble breathing. This has happened two times before but the other times my blood pressure tanked - 63/58 one time and the other time it was too low for the EMTs to get a reading. I have been through numerous tests and so far no luck in determining what's happening.
