What Causes Itchy Red Bumps On Shoulder And Armpit?

My 22mo daughter has itchy red bumps on shoulders last night then this morning hasw more on other shoulder and outside armpit and 2 down back and they itch and red aqlmost in straight line. What is going on? My other kids don t have em not even the child she shares bed with.
