What Causes Keratolysis Exfoliativa During Winter?

i have kerstolysis exfoliativa , since i was 16 years old,now i am 28.Generally i used to get affected to it during summer february to april, but from past 3 years i get affected to it in winter ie october, may i know the reason why it changed its iniation of it earlier from past 3 years and give me causes of this disease, what food we should take and prevention and cure.
