What Causes Large Sore Hard Area On The Perineum Near The Anus?
hi,
i am a 52 yo male. i have a large sore hardened area where the transverse perineum meets the anus and sphincter. It seems to be on one side versus the other of the sphincter wall? no blood apparent anywhere. no other symptoms. the soreness happened within 1, maybe 2 days. thanks for any help.
