What Causes Late Periods Followed By Light Spotting?

period 7 days late, lite spotting only when wiping started on day 4 of missed period. 2 positive tests, 3 negative test. had nausia, sensitive to smell, cramping on left side, very light abdominal pain, bright red blood after intercourse what is going on?
