What Causes Late Periods, Pain In Groin And One Side Of Lower Abdomen?

Hi I am a 27yr old girl and I have had late periods three months in a row. I currently have pain in my groin and one side of my lower abdomen and I did an OPK test which said I had no LH surge and also I am not pregnant. Do you know what this could be please? Thanks
