What Causes Late Periods With Nausea And Sore Breasts?

Hi. My period is 10 weeks late. I have been feeling nauseas but it s stopped now. I have had sore breasts and diarrea. I ve took x2 pregnancy tests and they came out negative. I ve just sent a urine sample off to doctors and I m waiting for my results. I m always tired. My results are coming out negative but I m worried there could be something else wrong
