What Causes Light Brown Spots Under The Breast?

I have recently developed light brown spots under my breast the are three they are circular not raised they are a little darker than my natural skin color. They dont itch or bother me in any way, I feel no lumps or pain. Im a 32yr old female 5'2 120lbs. I did begin an exercise routine this past year wearing a sports bra which I washed daily. No other changes.
