What Causes Light Period With Headache And Weakness?

hi ive not been my self this last week n half after spending a weekend away with my fiance, i do have a coil fitted but its expired by 8 months as each time i make an appointment they double book me but i have had a period but lighter then normal n suffering with headachs, backachs, sickness and tireness, i went doctors n he said nothin to worry about as it could be a back lash after the voilent coughin i had last week, im a little comfused,
