What Causes Light Spotting And Bloating?

Hi there, A man and I had foreplay and he went from behind me with his hand but it was in the dark so he decided to touch me with the head of his penis but I was not aware. I have not been with anyone for long time but it has been maybe 3 weeks and my period just came and is very light and I have bloating- it does not even feel like a normal period. I am worried and not sure what might be causing the bloating or if it is just stress-related as I have just moved from another part of the country. It is day 4 now and still only light spotting and ongoing bloating but those are only symptoms, nothing else, and it is not normal for me. I made an appt. with sexual health clinic just to be sure.
