What Causes Lighter Periods After Normal Periods In A Month?

I am 44 years old. I have regular period cycle around 28 days. But this month my period started on the 2nd July and ended around 7th July and last Saturday, I had fresh red bleeding not the usual period flow, slightly lighter. Need some advise. I am worried.
